Days after the nation's first case of Novel Coronavirus was confirmed in Kerala, a second such case has also came to the fore now as a girl has tested positive of having been impacted by the deadly virus, reports The Hindu.
The victim has been found to have a history of traveling China where the widespread broke out and originated. Presently in a stable condition, she is being kept at the hospital in isolation and is being closely monitored.
Meanwhile, it should be noted that the government-owned Air India has been carrying out evacuation missions to bring back Indian citizens from the affected areas in China. In the second such flight which took place yesterday, Air India brought back 323 Indian citizens from the Chinese city of Wuhan.
The Air India flight not only brought back Indian citizens, but also six Maldivian nationals. The evacuation flight took six hours to bring back the Indians and Maldivians from Wuhan to New Delhi.
