The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has opened e-tenders for a qualified tenderer, who fulfils the capability criteria, as determined in the Notice Inviting Tender (NIT), for train operation service on Delhi Metro Line-1 (Red Line) and Line-2 (Yellow Line), Metro Rail News reports.
Two tenders are being floated for Train Operation services of Line1 and Line-2, i.e. TRAIN OP-01/2018 and TRAIN OP-02/2018 separately.
The work is expected to be finished in 51 months (four years of operation + 3 months for training/activation). The agreed time frame might be expanded further for a half year after the execution audit.
The contract for train operation services of line-1 (Shahdara team control) will cost roughly Rs 19.64 crore. The contract for train operation services of Line-2 (Kashmere Gate Crew Control and Qutub Minar Crew Control) will cost a rough Rs 29.95 crore.
Specialised Packages of both the agreements bundles will be opened and finished all the while. Be that as it may, money related packets will be managed in succession.
