Flying This Winter? Air India Offers Night Flights Starting At Rs 1,000

As demand surges due to the winter holiday season, Air India is launching new late night flights beginning this week, Mint has reported. These new trips run from Bengaluru and Ahmedabad, Coimbatore and Delhi and between Goa and Delhi with basic fares starting from Rs 1000.

Budget flight carriers Indigo and GoAir have also entered the holiday bandwagon with Indigo offering 10 lakh seats with fares starting from Rs 899 and GoAir offering 13 lakh seats. These flights will run between late night and early morning. Tailor-made for travellers on a budget the flights will not just help save on money but also save time by avoiding traffic jams.

Flight AI 589 departs from Bengaluru at 12.30 am and reaches Ahmedabad at 2.35 am. The return flight takes off at 3.05 am and lands at 5.25 am. 15-day advanced bookings are priced at Rs 1,000.

The AI 547 Delhi-Coimbatore starts at 9.15 pm and reaches at 12.30 am. Return flights are scheduled between 1 am and 4 am. The basic fare for this route begins from Rs 2,500 (excluding taxes).

The flight from Delhi takes off at 10 pm, and reaches Goa at 12.35 am. The return flight departs at 1.15 am and arrives at 3.40 am. The tickets for this flight are priced Rs 3000.
