An aged lady who was reportedly part of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose’s Azan Hind Fauj was recorded getting tortured by her daughter-in-law in a village falling under Haryana’s Narnaul region.
As per the video shared by journalist Abhishek Rawat, the purported daughter-in-law can be seen manhandling the frail and aged INA veteran while she struggles to save herself from from the torture.
The son of the lady was an employee of the Haryana state police and after the video went viral on social media a case was registered against the daughter-in-law at a women police station, while the authorities promised strict action.
Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar later personally intervened in the matter and called it a deplorable act. He also informed that the accused in the matter has now been arrested.
