Exercising its Right to Reply at the United Nations General Assembly today (25 September), India slammed Pakistan for using a ‘fake’ picture to mislead the world and displayed an image of Lieutenant Umer Fayaz, the 22-year-old officer of the Indian Army from Kashmir killed by terrorists sponsored by Islamabad, to expose its nefarious designs in Kashmir Valley.
Pakistan’s permanent representative to the United Nations Maleeha Lodhi had on Saturday tried to pass off a photograph of an injured girl in the Gaza strip as that of a pellet victim in Kashmir.
