On Thursday morning (4 October), Karnataka Congress leaders were found having breakfast in silver plates at Minister DK Shivakumar’s house.
In the picture, Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister Dr G Parameshwara, Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) working president Eshwar Khandre, R V Deshpande can be seen enjoying their breakfast in silverware. The breakfast was hosted at Shivakumar’s Sadashivanagar residence in Bengaluru, Deccan Herald reported.
The Enforcement Directorate has pressed several cases against DK Shivakumar for money laundering.
Surprisingly, former CM Siddaramaiah, KPCC president Dinesh Gundu Rao, Ramesh Jarkiholi were absent from the meeting which raised a lot of eyebrows. The meeting is said to have been about the cabinet expansion which is supposed to happen before 15 October.
Housing and urban development minister U T Khader also posted pictures about the meeting.

The answers to these questions provide great insights into where we, as a country, are headed in the years to come.
Swarajya is starting a project with an aim to do 50 solid ground stories and a smart commentary service on WhatsApp, a one-of-a-kind. We'd love your support during this election season.
