Bollywood actress Ananya Panday's questioning by the Narcotics Control Bureau in the Mumbai drugs bust case in which Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khanβs son Aryan Khan was arrested earlier this month will continue today.
This is the third time she will be questioned by the NCB sleuths reports India Today. Notably, she has denied using drugs or helping Aryan Khan source them.
Ananya Panday was first summoned last Thursday and was questioned for over two hours. The NCB also seized her laptop and two mobile phones.
On Friday she was grilled by a team of NCB for over 3 hours.
While the Khan-Panday families are close to each other, the upcoming actress Ananya is friends with Aryan and his sister Suhana too.
Besides Aryan Khan, the NCB has so far nabbed 19 other persons as the cruise ship progresses at a quick pace, and more arrests are not ruled out, the sources said.
Meanwhile, the bail plea of Aryan Khan - in detention and custody for the past 21 days, currently lodged in the Arthur Road Central Jail - is slated to come up before the Bombay High Court on 26 October.
