Hindu refugees who fled the persecution in Pakistan and ultimately settled in Delhi’s Majnu-ka-Tila area, were seen joyously celebrating the passage of Citizenship Amendment Bill in the Lok Sabha, ANI has reported.

In the video the Hindu refugees, ranging from kids to grown up men and the elderly can be seen dancing, singing and playing musical instruments to celebrate the bill’s passage.
A couple of revellers can also be seen proudly holding the Indian national flag, as they are now a step closer to becoming Indian citizen.
The citizenship amendment bill now faces a crucial Rajya Sabha test. It will be tabled in the upper hose tomorrow at 2 PM.
