A video of India's recently inducted Rafale fighter jet flying in Ladakh has been shared by ANI.

It was reported that the Rafale fighter jets have begun to fly in the skies over the Ladakh region amidst the ongoing volatile situation along the Line of Actual Control (LAC) in the Eastern Ladakh territory.

Having been officially inducted into service on 10 September in the presence of Raksha Mantri Rajnath Singh and French Defence Minister Florence Parly, the five omni-role fighter jets have already conducted some "familiarisation sorties" in the region over the recent days.

The Indian Air Force (IAF) jets have been regularly patrolling the skies near the Line of Actual Control (LAC) amid the ongoing conflict with China. In the course of its operations the IAF jets have deployed its Sukhoi Su-30 MKI, Jaguar and Mirage 2000 fighter jets along with the Apache attack helicopter.
