Pakistan’s Railway Minister Sheikh Rashid Ahmed jocularly implied in a recent interview to a Pakistani news channel that if Allah wills, his Ministry would run a train to Los Angeles,

This statement came in the backdrop of the Pakistani Railways getting mocked for displaying “Los Angeles” on the LED display board of one of its trains.

This had led to many mocking Pakistani railways for this technical gaffe.

This incident was also covered by various Pakistani media outlets, following which the Railway Minister decided to respond.

The Railway Minister claimed that the “computerised train” was sabotaged by mischief makers who manipulated the display board to type Los Angeles and publicised it on social media.

After asserting that there is noting great about this incident, the Railway Minister said that, “we can also go to Los Angeles if Allah wills”.

Recently the Railway Minister had made news when he had got an electric shock while attacking Prime Minister Narendra Modi during a rally.
