Prime Minister Narendra Modi recently distributed 51,000 appointment letters to new recruits in government departments and organisations under Rozgar Mela (Job fair) through video conferencing.
He referred to these recruits as 'Amrit Rakshaks' and highlighted the changes made in the recruitment process for paramilitary forces to provide more opportunities for the youth.
PM Modi expressed his confidence in India becoming one of the world's top three economies in the coming decade and emphasised the potential of the tourism industry to contribute over Rs 20 lakh crore to the Indian economy by 2030.
He also mentioned the rapid growth of the automobile and pharmaceutical sectors, which will lead to the creation of numerous job opportunities.
The PM further stated, “We launched Jan Dhan Yojana nine years ago on this day, besides financial benefits, the scheme has played a key role in job creation.”
