VIP Chief Mukesh Sahani's Father Found Brutually Murdered At His Ancestral Home In Bihar: Here's All About It

Vikassheel Insaan Party (VIP) supremo Mukesh Sahani's father, Jitan Sahani was found brutally slained at their ancestral home in Bihar's Darbhanga district according to a report from NDTV.

Senior police officer Jagannath Reddy has affirmed the incident, stating that a police team is currently at the Sahani residence. The horrendous incident has struck widespread panic among local residents.

Reddy has also announced the constitution of a three-member Special Investigation Team to further investigate this dastardly crime. He mentioned that the murder could have been the result of a theft attempt or personal enmity, with police examining all possible angles.

Mukesh Sahani, a former minister in the Bihar government, leads the VIP, which enjoys substantial support within the OBC community. The VIP is currently allied with the RJD and the Congress in the INDI Alliance.

The main opposition party of Bihar, RJD, has vehemently slammed the Nitish Kumar government over Jitan Sahani’s murder.

RJD spokesperson Shakti Yadav has stated, "What is happening in Bihar? Not a day goes by without news of a murder. A mindless government is in power. The system has collapsed. May God grant Mukesh Sahani the strength to bear this grief."

Deputy Chief Minister and BJP leader Samrat Choudhary has termed the incident "unfortunate" and assured that strict action would be taken.

Neeraj Kumar, a JDU leader has stated, "The culprits won't be spared. Efforts are underway to locate them and bring them to justice," he stated.

Union Cabinet Minister and LJP (Ramvilas) leader Chirag Paswan also condemned the murder of Jitan Sahani, promising swift identification and action against the criminals.
