Let's face it: our beautiful hill stations are facing a littering problem. Tourists in places like Himachal, Uttarakhand, and Coorg (Kodagu) are leaving garbage behind, spoiling these natural wonders.

In Coorg, locals are taking action. Madetira Thimmaiah, from the Kodagu Tourism Association, along with the community and police, are making litterbugs clean up their mess. One such tourist had to come back 80 km to pick up their trash after being shamed on social media!
