A team of officials from the National Investigation Agency (NIA) today (11 October) raided the house of Mohammad Tajuddin in Kajimar Street, located near the Periyar Bus Stand in Madurai.
According to a report by television channel News J, a number of incriminating documents, cellphones, pendrives and hard disks were seized during the raid.
It stated that the raids were in connection with a case relating to fake passports and that Tajuddin was already under the NIA radar for anti-national activities.
