Black Taj – a gem of Burhanpur

The Tomb of Shahnawaz Khan is known as the 'Black Taj' by the locals. It is known not only for the dome, which is shaped like the Taj, but also for the remnants of beautifully painted frescoes and marble carvings.

An initiative of Indic Academy, Indica Pictures seeks to visually document Indian Art & Culture.
