7:15 pm: According to India Today, the Indian National Congress (INC) has an upper edge over the BJP in the Hyderabad Karnataka region.

6.39 pm: Anti-incumbency factor not showing in the coast
According to the India Today–Axis My India exit poll, the anti-incumbency factor isn't in play in coastal Karnataka as the BJP is set to remain strong.
The projections so far are 16 seats for the BJP, three seats for the Congress, and zero for the JD(S) and Others.
6.00 pm: Polling for all 224 of the Karnataka Assembly seats concluded at 6 pm, this evening.
The results will be out on 13 May.
However, before that, multiple news agencies and psephologists will come out with their numbers through exit polls and other exercises.
