Author is a Senior Research Fellow at leading Think Tank, India Foundation, based in New Delhi. Also, he authored book Bharat Sutra: Reflections on Emergence of a Nation after 2014 general elections. His area of interest include Climate Security, Water Security, Transboundary Water Policy and International Relations especially Indian Ocean region with cultural similarities.
