L&T Secures Order Worth Up To Rs 2,500 Crore For Office Space Development In Mumbai Using Composite Steel Construction Technology

Construction and engineering major Larsen & Toubro (L&T) has won an 'significant' Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) order in Mumbai for a cutting-edge office space development project.
The order has been awarded by a multinational company for the construction of a commercial office space spanning a built-up area of 14.85 Lakhs sq ft.
Though the company has not revealed the exact value of the order, the contract falls under 'significant' category that ranges between Rs 1,000 crore to Rs 2,500 crore.
The project encompasses the construction of 6B+G+12 floors and involves Engineering, Procurement and Construction including Civil Works, Composite Steel, Façade, MEP & External Development Activities.
The office space will be developed using Composite Steel Construction Technology.
"The Buildings & Factories Fast Business of Larsen & Toubro (L&T), Construction has recently secured an EPC order in Mumbai for an Office Space Development using Composite Steel Construction Technology," the company said in a statement.
The project is scheduled to be completed in 2026, the statement said.
According to the company, the project is a testament to the expertise of its business vertical in fast-track execution of steel structures with Composite Steel Technology
