The 9th-10th century AD Mala Devi Temple in Gyaraspur town of Madhya Pradesh’s Vidisha district situated on the eastern slope of a picturesque hill. The temple dedicated to Jain Tirthankar Adinath, is reputed for its remarkable architecture. Partly rock-cut and partly structural, the temple stands testimony to the artistic skills and dexterity of the Indian craftsmen.
