Earlier today, during an interview with Puthiya Thalaimurai TV, Panneerselvam had said that he was not allowed to meet Jayalalithaa during her 75 days in Apollo Hospital even once.
“I must be a misfortunate sinner, may be that is why my fate didn’t permit me to see my leader in her last days,” CNN-News18 quoted him as saying.
Late on Tuesday night, Panneerselvam had claimed that he was forced to resign and recommend Sasikala's name for the post of chief minister.
