Actor Pranitha Subhash Pledges Rs 1 Lakh For Ram Mandir Construction, Urges All To Join Hands

Actor Pranitha Subhash who predominantly appears in Kannada, Telugu and Tamil cinema has announced an initial pledge of Rs 1 lakh for the construction of the Bhavya Ram Mandir in Ayodhya.

Pranitha made this announcement in a twitter video.
"Namaste everyone as you all know the construction of the Shri Ram Mandir at Ayodhya has begun. They have started the Nidhi Samarpan program for it. I have also made a contribution towards it and here's requesting all of you to come join hands. Jai Shri Ram", Pranitha said in the video.
Hindu groups like the VHP and the RSS will start a massive donation drive for the construction of the Ram Mandir as part of the Nidhi Samarpan program.
The drive which will start from 15 January will reach out to 65 crore people from President Ram Nath Kovind, Prime Minister Narendra Modi to common citizens.
The RSS will reach out to 5 lakh villages and ten crore families for collection of funds for Ram Temple in Ayodhya.
The Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust, the body responsible for building Ram Temple, will be conducting a fundraising campaign from 14 January to 27 February.
The trust plans to involve 55 crore family members of 12 crore Hindu families from more than five lakh villages in this initiative.
The construction of the grand temple of Lord Ram at the ancient city of Ayodhya is estimated to cost around Rs 1,100 crore, of which around Rs 300-400 crore will be the cost of building the main temple structure.
