Airtel Digital TV Beats Tata Sky, Other DTH Operators In Long-Term Plan Market; Offers Cashback, More Choice

Airtel Digital TV has beaten other DTH operators in the long-term packs game by offering over 100 such plans, Telecom Talk has reported.
The DTH operator owned by teleco Bharti Airtel, in the footsteps of rivals Tata Sky and Sun Direct, has introduced various attractive long-term packs focusing on regional and genre-specific channels, and combined them with cashback offers to attract consumers. Subscribers can check these plans by logging in to their accounts.
The various semi-annual packs available for subscribers include various regional mega, value, value sports packs and more ranging from Rs 799 to Rs 1,681. Similar annual packs vary from Rs 3,081 to Rs 4,158. The company has over 100 long-term plans going upto Rs 7,811 in price.
Subscribers will be able to get flat 10 per cent cashback up to Rs 200 on recharge of Airtel Digital Annual rental plans using Airtel Payments Bank or Airtel Money. The offer is valid only on select annual rental plans until 17 July.
