Congress President Rahul Gandhi (@INCIndia/Twitter)Congress President Rahul Gandhi has been accused of ensuring booth capturing in the Amethi Lok Sabha constituency by BJP candidate and Union Minister Smriti Irani after a video of old lady alleging forcible voting emerged on social media.
In the video the lady alleged that she was forcibly made to vote for the Congress while she wanted to vote for the BJP by workers who held her hand and made her press the hand symbol.
She said that the workers did not relent while she continued her objections and ultimately made her vote for Rahul Gandhi.
This matter has been taken up by Smriti Irani who has alerted the election commission over the alleged booth capturing being ensured by Rahul Gandhi’s party men.
