During the course of his message Arnab alleged that Congress leaders have been threatening him with physical violence and thanked the apex court for directing the Mumbai police to review his and his establishment’s security.
"In the course of the last 72 hours numerous attempts and threats of physical violence have been made against me. My phone number is being circulated by people associated with that political party and I am being attacked and abused constantly on a daily basis“, alleged Arnab.
He added that he is ready to share the details of those abusing him on the phone and asserted that he will not be cowed down by such attempts.
He also accused the lawyers appearing for the Congress of taking a small snippet of his on-air reporting out of context in an attempt to vilify him.
