"Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Teerth Kshetra calls upon all Shri Ram Bhakts to contribute wholeheartedly to the cause," it added.
In a video message, Champat Rai, secretary of the Mandir Trust, said that the Bhoomi Pujan event was witnessed by crores of people in their homes.
He said that many devotees of Lord Ram want to donate money for the construction of the temple in Ayodhya.
Rai urged the devotees who wish to donate for the Ram temple to send the donation directly to the State Bank of India (SBI) account of the Trust.
