Terrorist Javed Ah Wani, involved in the killing of the two labourers of Bihar in Wanpoh recently, has been shot down by the Indian security forces at the Baramulla district in Jammu and Kashmir (J&K).
IGP Kashmir Vijay Kumar has identified Wani as a hybrid type terrorist who was now on a mission to target a shopkeeper.
According to the Kashmir zone police, the terrorists fired on ADP of the Indian Army and the police at Cherdari in Baramulla.
The police revealed that a pistol, a loaded magazine along with a Pakistan-made grenade have been confiscated from Wani’s possession.
Wani had assisted another terrorist named Gulzar in the killing of Bihari labourers. Gulzar was then killed by the security forces on 20th October.
“Killed terrorist is hybrid type, identified as Javed Ah Wani of Kulgam district and he has assisted terrorist Gulzar (who was killed on 20th Oct) in killing two labourers from Bihar in Wanpoh. He was on a mission to target one shopkeeper in Baramulla,” IGP Kashmir Vijay Kumar confirmed, as per a report by the Hindustan Times.
