Four Security Personnel, Including One Officer, Killed In Encounter With Terrorists In J&K’s Kupwara: Report

Four security personnel, including an officer, have been martyred in an encounter with terrorists in Kashmir’s Kupwara district, NDTV has reported.
Those killed in the encounter include two soldiers of the Central Reserve Police Force, the paramilitary force which was targeted by Pakistan-based terror outfit Jaish-e-Mohammed in Pulwama on 14 February. Two policemen of the Jammu and Kashmir police have also been killed by the terrorists.
According to the channel’s report, the terrorists, who were presumed dead, fired on the security personnel after emerging from the rubble.
Eight other security personnel have been injured in the encounter.
At least two terrorists were also killed in the encounter.
