In the video Singh says that he had told the Bandra Police on 25 February that his son's life is in danger but they did nothing.
"25 February ko maine Bandra Police ko aagha kiya tha ki mere bete Sushant ki jaan ko khatra hai par unhone kuch nahin kiya (I had informed Bandra Police on 25 February that my son Sushant's life is in danger but they did nothing)", said Singh.
Singh adds that after his son's death on 14 June he again appealed the cops for action against the named accused but nothing materialised.
He then decided to file a case at his local police station in Patna and the cops promptly began their investigation. Singh alleged that the accused are now absconding and Patna Police should receive adequate help to carry out the investigation.
Singh who has named Rhea Chakraborty and her family as accused, also thanked Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and State Minister Sanjay Jha for supporting his family's quest for truth in these difficult times.
