The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) that conducts the Indian Certificate Secondary Education (ICSE) and Indian School Certificate (ISC) examinations in India has stated that it will issue digitally signed versions of marksheets, pass certificates and migration certificates using the government’s digital storage platform DigiLocker.
What is DigiLocker?
DigiLocker is a platform for issuing and verifying of digital documents and certificates for Indian residents using a cloud-based platform. It was launched by the Government of India in 2015 as part of the its ambitious Digital India programme.
