A bizarre and outlandish âProvisional Attachment Orderâ which is not based on law or facts but on crazy conjectures. This is meant only to grab âheadlinesâ. The âorderâ will not withstand judicial scrutiny, review or appeal. Will approach the appropriate legal forum.
