Apart from two Pakistan Army soldiers at least 20 terrorists belonging to the Lashkar-e-Taiba organisation could have been killed in the Indian Army’s surgical strikes across the Line of Control (LOC) carried out on the night of September 29.

Press Trust Of India (PTI) has reported that (citing assessments based on communication intercepts by Indian army units) maximum damage was inflicted at Dudniyal launch pad in Pakistan-occupied-Kashmir, opposite to Kupwara sector of North Kashmir.

It has been reported that a mass burial was organised by the Pakistan Army to clear the region of bodies. The Indian Army, it has been reported, had waited until a large number of terrorists had gathered at the launch pads to infiltrate across the LOC).
