For the first time in 40 years, Kerala may break the cycle of voting out the incumbent party as Exit Polls have predicted a victory for Pinarayi Vijayan led LDF government.
As per India Today - My Axis poll, the LDF may win between 104 to 120 seats while the Congress led UDF may win just 20 to 36 seats. The BJP may win two seats.
The Republic - CNX Exit Poll has predicted a neck and neck battle by predicting 71 seats to the LDF and 61 seats to the UDF. It has projected three seats for the NDA.
One of the keynote battles in the state has been fought at Palakkad with the candidature of Metro Man E Sreedharan on a BJP ticket, who has promised to make it the best constituency in two years time.

Introducing ElectionsHQ + 50 Ground Reports Project
The 2024 elections might seem easy to guess, but there are some important questions that shouldn't be missed.
Do freebies still sway voters? Do people prioritise infrastructure when voting? How will Punjab vote?
The answers to these questions provide great insights into where we, as a country, are headed in the years to come.
Swarajya is starting a project with an aim to do 50 solid ground stories and a smart commentary service on WhatsApp, a one-of-a-kind. We'd love your support during this election season.
