India’s leading DTH operator Tata Sky has expanded its WhatsApp help service to include five additional options to manage various account operations, Dream DTH has reported.

These five new options are:

  1. Know your Balance
  2. Know your pack details
  3. To recharge instantly
  4. Soft refresh
  5. Heavy refresh

Apart from these five services a subscriber can also avail other services like adding a channel and discontinuing a channel.

Earlier, Tata Sky customers were only able to add or remove a channel with the help of this service. In order to register for this Tata Sky WhatsApp service, one needs to give a missed call to 9229692296 or SMS WhatsApp to 56633.

One can also opt-out of the WhatsApp message service by typing ‘STOP’ on the Whatsapp Chat Service or by calling the Customer Service Numbers of Tata Sky at 1800 208 6633 or 1860 500 6633.
