Days after Prime Minister (PM) Narendra Modi held a massive rally in Delhi which is set to witness Assembly elections in a matter of months, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has unveiled its latest campaign slogan, reports Asian News International (ANI).
The BJP's slogan, "Paanch saal Delhi behaal, ab nahi chahiye Kejriwal" comes as a counter to incumbent Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal led Aam Aadmi Party (AAP)'s slogan, "Acche beete paanch saal, lage raho Kejriwal."
CM Kejriwal's five-year tenure is expected to be completed in February and the election commission is expected to announce the schedule for holding elections in Delhi soon. In the previous elections, CM Kejriwal's AAP had bagged a massive 67 out of total 70 seats.
It should be noted that AAP has roped in noted poll strategist Prashant Kishor's I-PAC to manage his poll campaign which has managed campaigns for PM Modi in 2014, Bihar CM Nitish Kumar in 2015 and Punjab CM Captain Amarinder Singh in 2017.
