Sanjeev Sanyal Appointed As The Principal Economic Adviser

Noted economist, author and former global strategist and Managing Director of Deutshe Bank Sanjeev Sanyal, was appointed as the Principal Economic Adviser today. In his new role Sanyal will be working under the Department of Economic Affairs.

An order issued by the Personnel Minister stated that the Appointments Committee of Cabinet has approved Sanyal's appointment for three years on contract basis.

It gives us immense pleasure to share with our readers that Sanjeev Sanyal has contributed some scholarly articles to Swarajya regularly and have also shared his ideas on a number of Swarajya platforms.
