TCS Setting Up Over 100 COVID-19 Vaccination Centres Across India To Vaccinate Its Employees And Their Families

Rajesh Gopinathan led IT sector behemoth Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is setting up over 100 COVID-19 vaccination centres (CVCs) across the country and has already started vaccination camps in a few cities, reports Livemint.
The company shared that it is setting up over 100 CVCs across India which includes CVCs across its offices in 21 cities and the CVCs launched with its primary medical partner across 33 cities.
The company is gearing to intensify its vaccination drive and to implement it at a larger scale between the third and fourth week of May. For the same, it is tying up with hospitals and health care providers for vaccinating its employees and their families.
In a statement, Mumbai headquartered TCS also shared that it is also exploring multiple modes to procure vaccines. It added a core team from the company that will work with hospitals for procuring and administering vaccines across cities in India, communicate the process to our associates, ensure infrastructure and process readiness to ensure a smooth experience.
