The video shows the hooligans, allegedly students from Jadavpur University, attacking the bust with a hammer and then blackening the face. However, local residents responded by locking up the goons in the park and calling the police.
Six of the goons, including one female, have been arrested and are now being interrogated. The goons also left a poster signed RADICAL, which is supposedly the name of the ultra-left outfit they belong to.
