With 175 New Coronavirus Cases, Odisha's Covid-19 Tally Rises To 4,338

The Covid-19 tally in Odisha saw the addition of 175 more cases in the last 24 hours, raising the total number of positive cases in the state to 4,338, the state government data revealed on Wednesday (17 June).
As many as eleven people have died in the state so far due to the Coronavirus.
Currently, Odisha has 1,350 active cases while 2,974 people have recovered from the disease.
Of the total cases, the highest 699 Covid-19 positive cases have been found in Ganjam district, followed by 541 infections in Cuttack, 394 in Khordha, 341 in Jajpur, 222 in Balasore, 188 in Puri,186 in Kendrapada,177 in Bhadrak, 174 in Jagatsinghpur,163 in Gajapati,147 in Balangir,144 in Kandhamal,137 in Sundergarh, 126 in Mayurbhanj, 112 in Nayagarh, 78 in Nuapada, 75 in Keonjhar, 58 in Kalahandi and 52 in Dhenkanal.
Other districts that have reported 50 or less cases include Angul (48), Malkangiri (47), Baragarh (46), Deogarh (40), Boudh (38), Sonepur (31), Sambalpur (24), Jharsuguda (19), Koraput (17), Rayagada (12) and Nawarangpur (2).
