Average price for eating out highest in Delhi, lowest in Hyderabad and Chennai
Average meal for 2 in a Midrange Restaurant (Three courses)
Eating out is a hygiene factor in metros these days. As can be seen from these figures eating out in Delhi and Mumbai is significantly more expensive than eating out in the rest of the Metros in India. The question to ask is that do property rentals play an important role in this. Surprisingly property rentals are around 25% higher in Bangalore in comparison to Kolkata even then eating out is more expensive in Kolkata.
