Gita Press, Gorakhpur is sending religious books to Ayodhya as a gift for guests on the occasion of Ram Mandir's inauguration scheduled for 22 January in Ayodhya.
The over 100-year-old press has named the vehicle 'Pushpak Viman' which will carry books and shared its image on X on Friday (12 January).
The press posted on X, "Pushpak Viman... From Gita Press, Gorakhpur to Shri Ayodhya Dham... On the auspicious occasion of Shri Ram Lalla's pran-pratishtha, religious books are being sent for guests as gifts."
Earlier, it was reported that Gita Press's books will be included in the offerings as Prasad during the consecration ceremony and it is also printing 10,000 copies of 'Ayodhya Darshan'.
Also, the legacy press had got Prime Minister Narendra Modi's consent to open an outlet on the Ram Mandir premised. This happened when the PM flagged the first Amrit Bharat Express train from the Ayodhya Dham railway station.
Last year, Modi said, "Gita Press is the only printing press in the world, which is not just an organisation but a living faith. Gita Press is not just a printing press but a temple to crores of people."
