Its BJP All The Way In Assam Exit Poll Results, NDA Expected To Be In Double Digits

The BJP-led NDA is projected to secure 12 out of 14 Lok Sabha seats in Assam, while the Congress and AIDUF are each expected to win one seat, according to VMR Lok Sabha exit polls.
However, the NDA is likely to win 9-11 out of 14 Lok Sabha seats in Assam, while the INDI Alliance is expected to secure 2-4 seats, mirroring the results of the last elections as per the exit poll conducted Axis My India.
Meanwhile, as per the News18 Mega Exit Poll of the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, NDA is projected to capture 10-13 out of the 14 total seats in Assam while INDI block is projected to win 2-5 seats in the state.
All 14 constituencies in Assam that went to polls during the first three phases of the 2024 Lok Sabha elections reported a record voter turnout of 81.56 per cent, narrowly surpassing the previous highest turnout recorded five years ago by 0.01 per cent.
Over 2.45 crore people are enrolled in Assam's electoral rolls, with nearly equal numbers of male and female voters, in addition to 404 voters from the third gender.
The constituencies awaiting their final outcomes on June 4 include Kaziranga, Sonitpur, Lakhimpur, Dibrugarh, Darrang-Udalguri, Diphu, Karimganj, Silchar, Dhubri, Kokrajhar, Barpeta, and Guwahati.
In the 2014 elections, the BJP won 7 out of the 14 Lok Sabha seats, while the Congress and the All India United Democratic Front (AIUDF) each secured three seats, with one seat going to an Independent candidate.
In the 2019 elections, the BJP contested in 10 seats, AGP in three, and Bodoland People’s Front (BPF) in one. The BJP won nine seats. In 2020, the BJP ended its alliance with BPF and formed a new partnership with UPPL.
