The Trump Organisation, which is privately owned by former US President Donald Trump, has officially entered India’s commercial real estate market.

While the firm has earlier focused on luxury residential projects through collaborations with Indian developers, it has now unveiled its first commercial project—Trump World Center Pune.

“Excited to announce the newest addition to the Trump portfolio: Trump World Center Pune! This marks The Trump Organisation’s first venture into commercial real estate in India, joining its extensive collection of residential properties in the region,” the company announced on X (formerly Twitter) on Friday (21 March).

Eric Trump, Donald Trump's son and the executive vice president of The Trump Organization, said, “India has embraced the Trump brand with remarkable enthusiasm. After our successful collaboration on several iconic residential projects, we are proud to launch our first commercial development in India — Trump World Center Pune.”

The project is being developed in partnership with Indian real estate firms Tribeca Developers and Kundan Spaces.

Situated on North Main Road, the 4.3-acre site in Pune is expected to generate sales exceeding Rs 2,500 crore.

Calling it a defining moment, Kalpesh Mehta, founder of Tribeca Developers, said, “Trump World Center Pune is the culmination of years of vision and refinement, blending the Trump brand’s unmatched prestige with Pune’s ascent as a global business nucleus. After nearly a decade of shaping India into the Trump brand’s largest market outside the U.S., I’m proud to unveil this first-of-its-kind office project and thrilled to be collaborating with the Trump Organization and Kundan Spaces on it".

The Trump Organisation follows a model in India similar to hotel management agreements, where local developers invest in construction while the American firm provides brand value and global expertise in service and standards.

Trump World Center Pune will span over 1.6 million square feet, featuring two iconic glass towers with over 27 floors of office space.

One tower will offer for-sale strata offices, while the other will provide larger leasable offices, catering to a range of business needs

At present, Trump-branded residential towers are located in Mumbai, Pune, Gurgaon, and Kolkata, Financial Express reported.

Over the next six years, the company plans to expand its presence with at least 10 new projects, including commercial offices, villas, and golf courses in cities like Noida, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Gurgaon, and Pune.

Beyond India, The Trump Organisation has a diverse global portfolio, encompassing luxury residences, resorts, hotels, golf courses, commercial office spaces, and retail developments.
