In a shocking incident of stabbing in the Kalindi Kunj area of Delhi, a 23-year-old man named Kamal lost his life, the police informed on Tuesday (12 September). The accused Shahrukh has been arrested.
The crime was triggered by a minor altercation between one Shahrukh and the victim. Shahrukh allegedly wielded a knife against two brothers, killing Kamal, while his brother Shivam is currently battling for his life in the hospital.
Following the incident, tension has gripped the area. Due to the involvement of different communities related to the accused and the victims, the police have heightened their vigilance.
In the Jaitpur area where the incident occurred, a section of paramilitary forces has been deployed. Additionally, Delhi Police personnel are present at the scene. The police have urged the public not to pay heed to rumors.
