Talking national and local politics in northern UP
Dear reader,
So far, we've been on a fantastic journey with Hridayapath, speaking to people from parts of India that don’t usually make the news, and wow, do we have stories for you today!
Dispatch 1 recap: remember our first stop?
Banu roamed around Moradabad, Pilibhit, and Rampur, chatting with folks about life, politics, and their hopes for the 2024 elections.
Now, we’ve got more to share:

And if you're curious about the email subject line, you'll find out why in the story above.
And before you leave, please support us...
...because every story matters, and every contribution helps capture the true picture of India. It just takes less than two minutes here.
If you've already contributed, we sincerely thank you once again. Rest assured, our best team members will continue to cover stories that matter.

Introducing ElectionsHQ + 50 Ground Reports Project
The 2024 elections might seem easy to guess, but there are some important questions that shouldn't be missed.
Do freebies still sway voters? Do people prioritise infrastructure when voting? How will Punjab vote?
The answers to these questions provide great insights into where we, as a country, are headed in the years to come.
Swarajya is starting a project with an aim to do 50 solid ground stories and a smart commentary service on WhatsApp, a one-of-a-kind. We'd love your support during this election season.
