3. Permanent Plan For Ending Uncertainty
Chouhan said that the guest teachers should be able to go through the entire year without facing any uncertainty regarding their contract periods.
He said that from now onwards there would be no gap in between contract periods and once the contract is signed, it will last for the whole year.
4. Acknowledging Experience
The Chief Minister said that "those who are teaching from many years (guest teachers) are experienced and have years of practical knowledge. If they are recruited then I think that they will be able to teach the children in a better way and this system will be in place from the next recruitment itself. We will work on implementation immediately."
Chouhan also took a pledge from the teachers. "You secure the future of your students, I will secure your future," he said.
"I need a commitment from you all that you will leave no stone unturned in teaching. And my second commitment is that I will not allow uncertainty in your life. I will heave a sigh of relief only after bringing certainty. By forming a policy, your future will also be protected," the Chief Minister said.
