Prime Minister Narendra Modi will today (10 August) reply to the debate in the Lok Sabha on the No-Confidence Motion moved by the Opposition parties against the government.
PM Modi's reply will come after three days of intense debate on the motion, which began on 8 August and will end today evening.
PM Modi will reportedly speak at 4 pm in the Parliament following which there will be a voting on the motion, reports Business Today.
The outcome of voting is already known with the numbers comfortably stacked in favour of the BJP led ruling NDA alliance, which has 331 members in the Lok Sabha.
Further, the BJP alone has 303 MPs in the Lower House of the Parliament, where the majority mark is 272.
The 26-party opposition alliance, I.N.D.I.A., has 144 MPs and its tally can go up to 152 if it can win the nine votes of the BRS.
Besides, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy's YSRCP and Naveen Patnaik's BJD have 70 members together. BJD is not backing the no-trust motion.

Introducing ElectionsHQ + 50 Ground Reports Project
The 2024 elections might seem easy to guess, but there are some important questions that shouldn't be missed.
Do freebies still sway voters? Do people prioritise infrastructure when voting? How will Punjab vote?
The answers to these questions provide great insights into where we, as a country, are headed in the years to come.
Swarajya is starting a project with an aim to do 50 solid ground stories and a smart commentary service on WhatsApp, a one-of-a-kind. We'd love your support during this election season.
