A former United States intelligence official turned whistleblower has revealed an array of classified information to US Congress and the Intelligence Community Inspector General.

These revelations pertain to US government's deeply covert programmes that allegedly possess intact and partially intact aircraft of non-human origin, marking an unprecedented disclosure that has, until now, remained shrouded in secrecy.

The whistleblower, David Charles Grusch, claims in a complaint that the Pentagon, other nations, and defense contractors have recovered fragments “of exotic origin (non-human intelligence, whether extraterrestrial or unknown origin) based on the vehicle morphologies and material science testing and the possession of unique atomic arrangements and radiological signatures", reports science website Debrief.

According to the report, written by Leslie Kean and Ralph Blumenthal - who were part of the team that in 2017 disclosed the existence of a secret Pentagon program investigating UFOs (or UAPs - unidentified anomalous phenomena as they are now officially called), Grusch goes on to state that the "material includes intact and partially intact vehicles".

The 36-year-old Grusch is a decorated former combat officer in Afghanistan, is a veteran of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) and the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO).

He served as the reconnaissance office’s representative to the Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP) Task Force from 2019-2021.

The task force was established to investigate what were once called “unidentified flying objects,” or UFOs, and are now officially called “unidentified anomalous phenomena,” or UAP.

From late 2021 to July 2022, Gursch was the NGA’s co-lead for UAP analysis and its representative to the task force.

Grusch alleged that this vital information has been illegally withheld from Congress. He has also filed a complaint stating that he faced illegal retaliation for his confidential disclosures.

His attorney, Charles McCullough III, a former Inspector General of the Intelligence Community, has filed a complaint on his behalf, stating that UAP-related classified information has been purposefully withheld from Congress by elements within the intelligence community.

The complaint has been deemed credible and urgent by the Intelligence Community Inspector General and has reportedly prompted a whistleblower reprisal investigation.

Grusch's colleagues think highly of him, too.

Karl Nell, a retired Army colonel who was also on the UFO task force, told the Debrief that Grusch was “beyond reproach.”

Grusch said that the craft recovery operations are ongoing at various levels of activity and that he knows the specific individuals, current and former, who are involved.

“Individuals on these UAP programs approached me in my official capacity and disclosed their concerns regarding a multitude of wrongdoings, such as illegal contracting against the Federal Acquisition Regulations and other criminality and the suppression of information across a qualified industrial base and academia,” he stated.
