Bharatiya Janata Party’s (BJP) Ramesh Bidhuri is leading in the South Delhi constituency against Aam Aadmi Party’s (AAP) star politician Raghav Chadha with a margin of 11,600 votes.
Bidhuri is an incumbent Member of Parliament (MP) from South Delhi and has previously served the NCT of Delhi as a three-time Member of Legislative Assembly (MLA).
It should be noted that the BJP had registered a sweeping win on all the seven Lok Sabha constituencies from Delhi in 2014 elections. The party seems set to repeat its stellar performance in 2019.
