Days after his elder brother Tej Pratap Yadav accused Bihar Chief Minister (CM) Nitish Kumar of letting ghosts loose on his house, now Tejashwi Yadav has accused Kumar of conspiring to poison his food.
Tejashwi Yadav was the Deputy CM in the Mahagathbandhan government in Bihar which fell in July last year, after lasting 20 months.
Claiming reliable sources, Tejashwi in a series of tweets said that the Bihar CM was scared of his Samvidhan Bachao Nyaya Yatra and was hence plotting to get rid of him. He also accused Kumar of phone tapping and getting him followed around through the yatra.
Meanwhile, the Jharkhand High Court today (23 February) rejected Lalu Yadav’s bail plea in the fodder scam as he faces a three and a half year sentence in jail. Lalu Yadav has been convicted in several fodder scams, and Tejashwi had earlier claimed that Kumar had played a role in framing Lalu in the scams.
