Tata Sky has finally launched a subscriber communication campaign to educate its subscribers about the process to shift packs as per the latest Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) pricing guidelines, the Television Post reports.

Tata Sky’s #Ab123kardaalatohlifejingalala campaign includes three advertisements showing consumers how the DTH operator enables them to to select their preferred packs and channels which can be done in three steps.

This selection can be made via a mobile application, its website, official dealers and by even visiting the TRAI website.

All the three advertisement films are live on digital first and on Tata Sky’s default channel 100.

The new tariff regime will come into effect from 1 February but the customers have up to 6 February to select their channels failing which they would lose access to their pay channels.

Tata Sky had earlier agreed to implement the TRAI order despite going to court in the matter. It has also waived off network charges on select paid channels.
